It's a shame because there are some great, sensitively written sections ( eg, how to talk to someone who is going through IVF) but most of it is super specific (eg, how to get a dentist's appointment through the NHS. I’m not sure it’s where I’d look for advice on some of the topics covered and seems to jump from subject to subject without any real direction.

Got sick of competing with people wanting to take it out of the library, had to keep taking it back and waiting for it to be available again.
