About this deal

I can see how much you have printed but how much experience do you have with matching what you see on the printed page with what is in the sky? One of my favorite pairs of binoculars is the old single-coated 7x35 Nikons that my father gave me 50 years ago. I will be with my nephews (18 and 13 years old) so also i'm going to tell them and feed their curiosity. Featuring durable high‑quality finish and extra wide field of view of 65° the DPS I Series let you discover the expansive nature around you with ease. Like many here, I do have some very high quality optics and some totally amazing (and expensive) eyepieces.

It's likely that no further discussion is required, in which case we recommend starting a new thread. LARGE FOCUS DIAL - Also found on Olympus PRO binoculars, this large focus adjustment dial provides effortless operation. The case didn't have a belt strap on it, so I adapted the shoulder strap and sewed it on so it would have a belt thread through it. They mention the focus barrel falls right under their fingers, and the eye cups are perfect for their large hands. President : Tsuyoshi Kikukawa ) is pleased to introduce the new DPS I Series of porro-prism binoculars.Probably, if anybody asks which feature u like most in this bins,i would immediately say, its their brightness. The Pentax is lighter and has a much smaller field of view, although the size of the very sharp sweet spot is about the same.

You can see a lot with less than ideal binoculars, a cheaper pair used will see more starlight than a premium pair stuck in a closet, as the OP seems to be on a tight budget I say get the Olympus ones and save for a better pair down the road, I have a low cost 10x50 from Opticron, they look very similar to the Olympus, possibly from the same far Chinese factory, they work fine, as good as my Nikon Action Ex,s?ScouseSpaceCadet has mentioned my recommendation of the Opticron T WP - astonishingly good value, and waterproof! Porro prism feature of the binocular enables you to have a clear and detailed view of a distant object, bringing it 10x closer to you. The bins are quite large but in context not heavy and can be handled for prolonged periods without difficulty. But the best binocular is the one you have in your hand and when the choice is between nothing and a serviceable pair of binoculars, something is preferable to nothing. They are big and heavy, couple that with a cheap and thin neck strap that is included and you really wouldn't want to be taking these on a long hike.

If you can find some of the larger Messier objects in your binoculars (M22 for example), that would be a good start. The built-in diopter controls in the Olympus 10×50 Dpsi Binoculars with over 2m-1 range enable sharp and bright images of the subject which you are viewing.

I wanted to know if they have a crisp, clear, clean image and let in lots of light and adjust easily.Do not let this opportunity pass and equip yourself to practice your favorite sport in the best possible conditions. Also, bear in mind that besides spotting tiny moons around Jupiter, only telescopes provide those nice views of them planets as fully-featured discs, not binos. In regards to getting to know the sky, I think you're starting on the right foot, with the 10x50 plus star charts.
