For years and years, you could barely move at the Manchester Christmas Markets for swing grills filled with bratwurst and bars selling gluhwein, but the festive event’s food scene has changed somewhat of late. The Seven Bro7hers Brewery was established by seven brothers from Salford, who in 2014 turned their shared love for craft beer into a working business.
